Henderson Police Chief Marcus Barrow has informed WIZS News of an arrest in connection with this case, where Justin Moore and Crystal Moore, both of Franklinton, were shot in Henderson last evening. Justin Moore died at the local hospital.
Police have arrested Rhy’heem Wilson, 18, of 372 Fern Lane in Henderson. Wilson is charged with first degree murder, two (2) counts of attempted robbery, attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflict serious injury and shooting into an occupied vehicle.
Barrow says there is no bond information yet as Wilson was just arrested.

On January 6, 2016, at approximately 9:12 P.M., officers with the Henderson Police Department responded to the parking lot of A.A. Food Mart in reference to a person who had been shot.
Upon arrival, officers found Justin Moore, 31, and Crystal Moore, 31, of Franklinton, both suffering from a gunshot wound. Vance County EMS arrived and transported Mr. Moore and Ms. Moore to an area hospital. Mr. Moore succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
The investigation is being conducted by members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division.
