The Henderson-Vance County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting on August 3rd for S.a.M. Child Advocacy Center. Cara Gill is the Executive Director of this non-profit group that is designed to serve children who are victims of physical abuse, sexual abuse and witnesses to violent crimes in Vance and surrounding counties.
