Legacy Human Services, Inc. – Director of Mental Health Services – This part-time position serves to administratively and clinically manage the mental health line of business which includes: The ADP Center, Warren Street Group Home, and Burnette Road Apartments. This position also requires administratively supervising the Team Leader of Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) services and providing backup to the Substance Abuse Program which includes SAIOP. Duties include, but are not limited to, collaborating with clients, staff, families and community agencies to help clients achieve their goals; development, oversight and evaluation of program activities and interventions and Quality Control for assigned programs. Substance Abuse Aide – This part-time position serves as a presence and a resource within the adult male substance abuse halfway house, as well as a role model for the residents. The main job responsibilities include driving the male residents to meetings and appointments, supervising male residents and monitoring the home the home for security, meal preparation, passing medication and other duties as assigned. Part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for our group homes which are 24-hour residential facilities serving adults with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities in Vance, Granville, Franklin and Warren Counties. These positions are for every other weekend and require sleepover. The DSP provides the “front line” services to individuals in the home including training in self-care skills, community/public skills activities of daily living, behavior management, and other programs/guidelines devised by the treatment team. Read plans on site and check grade according to site plan. This position may perform other duties on the crew as needed. Paving Heavy Equipment Operators– Work on a road crew milling, resurfacing, and paving new roads. Operate various paving equipment including Asphalt Roller, Cat Pavers, Blaw-knox Paver, 150 Wirtgen Milling Machine, Maximizer, Distributer. Assist with laborer duties as needed. Heavy Equipment Operators–Operate various heavy equipment including loaders, excavator and dozer. Also seeking individuals with little to no experience to operate Haul Truck and Water Truck must have willingness to learn quarry operations, work outdoors in all conditions and experience working with machinery or smaller equipment a plus. Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic– The field service mechanic will provide day-to-day routine and emergency heavy equipment repairs, as well as preventative maintenance. Industrial Electrician– Repairs and installs electrical systems to new or existing quarry industrial plants, concrete plants, asphalt plants and services building electrical repairs for all locations including the Corporate office.
