Granville Co. Crime Stoppers Needs Public’s Help With Recent Larceny Cases

Sometime between Tuesday, May 29 and Wednesday, May 30, 2018, an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property located off Pope Rd., Creedmoor, NC and forced entry into a garage.  One “2006” Yamaha Kodiak 4wd four wheeler, one fishing tackle box and a bag with fishing bait, one small jump box with compressor, one pair men rubber boots, one Poulan chainsaw in its black case and one Stihl weed eater were criminally removed from the property.

Sometime between Thursday, May 31 and Friday, June 1, 2018, an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon the private property of a residence located off Winston Road, Creedmoor, NC and criminally removed frozen fish, pizza and auto parts from the residence.

On Saturday, May 26, 2018, an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property of a residence located off Old Highway 75, Stem, NC and forced entry of a residence, which caused criminal property damage and unlawfully removed one Smith & Wesson MP45 handgun, one night stand with two drawers, a small mounted gun safe and a Dicks Sporting Goods cabinet.

On Tuesday, June 24, 2018, an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property of a residence located off Moss Hayes Road, Creedmoor, NC and forced entry, which caused criminal property damage and unlawfully removed three handguns, Winchester .25 caliber ammunition, two flat screen televisions, one Blue Ray DVD player, six PlayStation video games, one book of checks, two crystal ornaments, two pairs (men) shoes, one pair Gucci sunglasses and two ball caps.

Sometime between Wednesday, May 2 and Wednesday, May 9, 2018, an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon the private property of the Meadowview Cemetery located off Highway 15 North, Oxford, NC and criminally removed seventeen copper flower vases from graves.

Sometime between Monday, May 7 and Sunday, May 13, 2018, an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon the private property of a residence located off Forest View Height Rd., Oxford, NC and unlawfully removed a “2015” six seater Kawasaki Mule – green in color from the property.

On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon the private property of a residence located off Tar River Rd., Oxford, NC and forced entry into the carport, which caused criminal property damage.  One .22 caliber Bounty Hunter revolver handgun, one leather holster, one pair dress pants with a belt through the loops and a gold dollar coin along with a quarter in the pocket of the pants were all taken.

Granville Co. Crime Stoppers Need Public’s Help Solving Recent Cases of Theft

Sometime between Sunday, April 8 and Wednesday, April 11, 2018, an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon the private property of a residence located off Cash Rd., Creedmoor, NC and unlawfully forced entry into the garage, which caused criminal property damage. A 48 inch Cub Cadet zero turn mower was criminally removed.

Sometime between Thursday, May 3 and Friday, May 4, 2018, an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property located off Tommie Daniel Rd., Oxford, NC and criminally removed a pressure washer from a trailer and a five gallon Briggs and Stratton red gas can from a barn.  Criminal damage was also done to the property.

On Monday, April 2nd, 2018 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property of a residence located off Pope Rd., Creedmoor, NC and unlawfully forced entry into a motor vehicle, which caused criminal property damage. One 2 inch barrel Colt PTF .38 caliber handgun, two gas cans, one 30 lb. Freon tank, one leather tool belt, one aluminum floor jack, and several other power and hand tools, along with rain and welding gear were criminally removed.

On Monday, March 19th, 2018 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property located off Turner Rd., Creedmoor, NC and criminally removed four Stihl weed eaters from work trucks of a local Creedmoor business.

On Friday, March 30th, 2018 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property of a private residence located off Cash Rd., Creedmoor, NC and unlawfully forced entry, which caused criminal property damage. Several pieces of jewelry were criminally removed.

On Wednesday, March 28th, 2018 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property of a residence located off Brassfield Road, Creedmoor, NC and unlawfully attempted to force entry, which caused criminal property damage.

On Friday, March 30th, 2018 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property located off Belltown Road, Oxford, NC and removed copper wire from a cell tower.

On Wednesday, March 28th, 2018 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property located off Jennings Way, Oxford, NC and unlawfully removed livestock – (two roosters, ten chickens, two pekin ducks, and three mallard ducks).

On Thursday, April 5th, 2018 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property located off Enon Road, Oxford and forced entry of a shed, which caused criminal property damage and criminally removed a laptop computer.

On Saturday, February 24th, 2018 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property of a residence located off Rocky Top Drive, Stem, NC and criminally removed a Yamaha 250CC Enduro dirt bike (blue in color ) from the garage.

On Sunday, February 25th, 2018 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property located off Ben Thorpe Rd., Oxford, NC and forced entry of a residence and criminally removed one A1554 Apple watch.

Sometime between Thursday, March 15th, and Friday, March 16th, 2018 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property located off Old Roxboro Road, Oxford, NC and unlawfully forced entry into a shop, which caused criminal property damage. One Mossberg 395KB bolt action SG firearm, and one Harrington Richardson 12 gauge break action firearm were criminally removed.

A 55” Samsung flat screen television was criminally removed from the property.

Sometime between Saturday, December 17th and Monday, December 19th, 2017 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property off Maple Lane, Stem, NC and criminally removed a Smith and Wesson semi-automatic handgun and ten rounds of ammunition from the glove compartment of a vehicle.

Sometime between Saturday, October 21st and Sunday, October 22nd, 2017 an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property of a residence located off Old Roxboro Road, Oxford , NC and criminally removed a Craftsman generator from underneath an open shed.

Sometime between Wednesday, November 1st, 2017 late evening and Thursday, November 2nd, 2017 early morning hours an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property of Oxford Mini Mart convenience store located off Williamsboro Street, Oxford, NC and forced entry into the store, which caused criminal property damage. Also, criminals removed cash money and two cash boxes from the cash register. A Nissan Altima vehicle silver in color was involved in this incident.

On Friday, September 29th, 2017 during late evening hours, an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property off Pope Road, Creedmoor, NC and criminally removed a Freight Harbor welding machine from underneath a shed.

On Friday, October 6th, 2017 between early to mid-morning hours, an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property located off Buck Hart Road, Oxford, NC and forced entry of a residence and a shed, which caused criminal property damage.

Breaking and Entering, Laceny and Vandalism reported in Granville County

Sometime between Thursday, June 18th, 2017 late evening and Friday, June 19th, 2017 early morning hours an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property off Gantt Farm Road, Stem, NC and criminally damaged mailboxes.

Sometime between Saturday, July 1st, 2017 noon and Sunday, July 9th, 2017 late evening hours an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property off George Sherman Road, Rougemont, NC and criminally forced entry into a shed and removed one 2600 PSI pressure washer, one DeWalt table chop saw and one Stihl MS290 chainsaw.

On Wednesday, August 2nd, 2017 between early morning and late evening hours an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property off Tar Hill Road, Oxford, NC and criminally removed from a trailer- one 16 inch Stihl HT 101 pole saw, one Stihl BT 130 Auger with 6 inch bit, one Stihl 170 with a 16 inch bar chainsaw, one Stihl HS81 T 24 inch hedge trimmer and one Stihl FS110R straight shaft weed eater.

Sometime between Saturday, July 15th, 2017 and Monday, July 31st, 2017 during mid-morning hours an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property off Graham Hobgood Road, Oxford, NC and criminally removed one ES 25 NAPA booster jumper, one back pack Solo sprayer, and one Lowes push mower from a storage shed.

Sometime between Friday, April 14th and Saturday, August 12th, 2017 during mid-afternoon hours an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon private property off Hayes Road, Creedmoor, NC and forced entry into a shed and criminally removed a 2008 Honda CR dirt bike red in color.

Sometime between Sunday, August 13th late evening and Monday, August 14th, 2017 mid-morning hours an unknown person or persons unlawfully went upon inter-state 85 northbound at mile marker 185 and vandalized a disabled 4 door 2000 Honda Accord by breaking the windshield and criminally removed a radio from the vehicle.
