Point of sale sites include all four branches of the Granville County Library System (Oxford, Creedmoor, Stovall and Berea), Creedmoor City Hall, the Granville County Chamber of Commerce in Oxford, the Granville County Administration Office on Belle Street in Oxford, the Granville County Historical Society Museum in Oxford, Oxford Ace Hardware, the Oxford Public Ledger Office, and This ‘n That in Oxford.
